LIF Viewer
FinishLynx saves each race as its own .lif file. The viewer puts them together: every event's results, with splits, lap times, team scores and replays.

- V: i
- D: o
What the viewer shows
- results: Results by event
- splits: Splits and laps
- replay: Race replay
- teams: Team scores
- Events are grouped by their event number, and heats in the last round are the result: one heat is a final, several heats are ranked together by time.
- Each event's summary ranks everyone who ran in it by the furthest round they reached: the final's places first, then those who went out in the semifinals, then each round before, by time across that round's heats. DNF, DQ and DNS come last in the round they were in.
- Statuses are kept as FinishLynx wrote them: false start, disqualified, did not finish, did not start.
- Times are shown exactly as saved, never rounded. Margins are to the athlete ahead.
- These are the times as saved by the timing system. The meet's official results are published by its results provider.
