Closes or crashes during a race

If FinishLynx closes by itself, update it first, then collect the files Lynx needs to find the cause. Keep each file from the day of the crash.

How to fix it

Open Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs | Application, and choose Save All Events As…. Keep the folder Windows saves next to the file, and zip them together.
Add Lynx.log, Lynx.cfg and Lynx.cdf from C:\Lynx.
Send the zip to support with the button below, and say what FinishLynx was doing when it closed.
Tell support if you use a custom start sound, or if the Event, Input or Output Directory is on a mapped network drive.
If it happens again, ask support how to turn on a Windows crash dump for FinishLynx, so the next crash can be traced.

Write down your camera, start and scoreboard settings, or take screenshots.
Close FinishLynx, rename Lynx.cfg and Lynx.cdf in C:\Lynx (for example to Lynx-old.cfg), and open FinishLynx again.
Set the settings again. If the crashes stop, send the old files to support.
