Why is there a red (pink) tint on my IdentiLynx video feed when it boots?
The camera's infrared filter didn't switch on correctly during boot. Open the camera's settings in a browser and toggle the IR filter, rather than rebooting.
If the IdentiLynx+ or XR+ video feed comes up the wrong color (usually pink), the camera's infrared (IR) filter did not switch on correctly during boot. Rather than rebooting the camera, you can open its settings directly in a browser and toggle the IR filter.
This video shows how, and Troubleshoot has the same steps under Image is pink or wrong color.
