My repair says Completed. When will it ship?
Completed means the work is done and a sales order is on its way. The unit ships once you pay it (Pay Now) or send a purchase order.
Completed means the work is done and a sales order is on its way to you. Pay it with the Pay Now button (card) or send a purchase order to Lynx domestic sales; the unit ships back once the payment or the PO is in, and the status changes to Shipped.
If a few days pass with no sales order, ask Lynx support for it, with the RMA number. Every status, and who acts next at each one, is on the RMA page: What your status means.
