Why am I getting a camera boot error?
Usually a cable or a switch port. Swap the Ethernet cables one at a time, then try another port on the switch; each error number has its own page in Troubleshoot.
First, replace the Ethernet cables one at a time to rule out a bad cable or connection. If you use a multi-port switch, try different ports in case one has a loose or bad contact.
If the problem persists, find the code: Error 129, Error 201, Error 202 or any other code, or follow the Camera Boot Troubleshooting Guide (PDF).
