Desktop shows but no results

Camera VDM (Infield or Portable Display on a Vision-series camera)

1. In FinishLynx go to Scoreboard | Options… and click New.
2. Set Serial Port to <Camera Name>(HDMI), enter the Width and Height for your display, Rotate Off, Running Time Normal, Results Auto, Size 3.
   • If <Camera Name>(HDMI) is not in the Serial Port list, see No HDMI option in serial port.
3. Restart FinishLynx to confirm the scoreboard script is running.
4. Open a new event. Running time only shows when there is an active event, and it starts with the start signal.
5. To show results, stop the running time. Running time and results cannot show at the same time.
   • In FinishLynx 13.10 or later, open the Options menu next to Running Time and check Force Stop: the clock stops as soon as results are available.
   • Otherwise press Alt+S, or Alt+F when used with a photoeye. The next evaluation then starts the results.

ResulTV (any display; the 360 always uses ResulTV)

1. In ResulTV go to File | Options… | Sources, click New, set Script to Video Display.rss and Serial Port to Network (listen), enter the port, click OK, then exit and restart ResulTV.
2. Load the layout or profile for your display. See Picture is the wrong size or cut off.
3. In FinishLynx go to Scoreboard | Options…, click New, set Serial Port to Network (connect) with the same port number and the IP address of the ResulTV computer. Set Running Time Normal and Results Auto, click OK and restart FinishLynx.
   • Script: ResulTV_Video_1line.lss for an Infield or Portable Display, ResulTV_Video_1line-360.lss for a 360.
4. In FieldLynx click the Options gear, click New, and set the Results scripts. Set Serial to network (connect), port 1024, and the IP address of the ResulTV computer. Restart FieldLynx.
   • Scripts: ResulTV_Video_Results.lss for Metric and English and ResulTV_Video_Standings.lss for Standings (the -360 versions of the same scripts for a 360).
5. For a 360, FinishLynx needs to be 13.00 or later (the Network ComPort is built in) and FieldLynx needs the Scoreboard plug-in.
