If it is built and wired but not behaving

• Nothing on the display: Whole display is blank
• Some panels dark or the picture out of order: Some panels dark or picture out of order
• Picture cut off or the wrong size: Picture is the wrong size or cut off
• Shows the desktop but no results: Desktop shows but no results
